Please follow the troubleshooting steps below if you experience any inconsistent visual issues after logging into the Next Generation of Stock Doctor for the first time:
Log out of Stock Doctor
- Select your user name in the top right corner, above the "Company Search" box;
- Choose the "Logout" option.
This will take you back to the login screen, where you can re-enter your Username and Password to log back in.
Quit your web browser
On a Windows computer:
- Click the "Red X" in the top right hand corner on all open browser windows;
- Re-open the browser;
- Reload http://www.lincolnindicators.com.au/
- Select the blue "Stock Doctor login" button to log back in.
On a Mac computer:
- Select the bold menu to the right of the Apple icon.
This will be the name of your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox); - Select the "Quit" option at the bottom of the menu.
- Re-open the browser;
- Reload http://www.lincolnindicators.com.au/
- Select the blue "Stock Doctor login" button to log back in.
Clear your browser cache
This will load the most current version of the Online Platform.
On a Windows computer, please press both the [CTRL] and [F5] keys together on your keyboard.
On a Mac computer, please press the following three keyboard keys together - [COMMAND], [SHIFT], [R].
Text Zoom
This will change the size of the text on the website, which may cause the layout to be affected.
To reset text zoom to the default 100% value, please press both the [CTRL] and [0] keys together.
([COMMAND] and [0] on a Mac computer)
To increase the text zoom value, and make the text appear larger on your screen, please press both the [CTRL] and [+] keys together.
([COMMAND] and [+] on a Mac computer).
To decrease the text zoom value, and make the text appear smaller on your screen, please press both the [CTRL] and [-] keys together.
([COMMAND] and [-] on a Mac computer).
Screen Resolution
Please ensure that your computer is using a Screen Resolution greater than 1280 x 720.
On Windows Vista, 7 or 8:
- Right click on the desktop;
- Select the "Screen resolution" option;
- Check the value in the "Resolution" drop down, and make sure it is greater than 1280 x 720.
On Mac OS X:
- Select the Apple icon in the top left corner;
- Select the "System Preferences..." option;
- Select the "Displays" icon, then the "Display" tab;
- Within the "Resolution" section, check if the "Best for display" option is selected.
- However, if the "Scaled" option is selected, make sure the number highlighted is greater than 1280 x 720.
