Proxy Index Constituents

Stock Doctor has it's own set of proxy Index constituents. These are designed to approximate the composition found in the S&P Indices and are ranked according to market capitalisation and liquidity. We rebalance this composition monthly to maintain its relevance and accuracy.

What Is a Constituent?

A constituent refers to a company whose shares are included in an index, such as the All Ordinaries (XAO). The value of an index is determined by the weighted combination of the share prices of all its constituents.

Where to Find Proxy Index Constituents in Stock Doctor: You can find proxy index constituents on a company’s corporate details page and within the Stock Filter and Watchlist features.
