You can can modify dividends received from Portfolio Manager > Security screen:
- Navigate to the Portfolio Director: https://www.stockdoctor.com.au/Portfolio
- Select Portfolio
- Click Full History button under Securities Held
- Click on the Company Code under Securities Held
- Scroll down to bottom of page to Income and Expenses section.
- Click on the Date next to the distribution you want to edit
- This will bring up an Edit screen for the selected distribution
- Click on the Income Tab , General Tab or Other Tab
- Make adjustments, then click Save.
