The acquisition of Gold Road Resources Limited (GOR) by Gruyere Holdings Pty Ltd scheme is now legally effective, and Gold Road Resources Limited has been suspended from trading from 29 September 2025. The scheme record date is 8 October 2025 at 7 pm. Shareholders will receive $3.06423 per Gold Road Resources Limited security and is be paid on the 14 October2025.
To account for the acquisition in the Stock Doctor Portfolio Manager, please see instructions below:
- Click on the 'Portfolio’ tab and click on the appropriate portfolio name, under ‘My Portfolio(s)’, which includes the GOR shares.
- Click on 'GOR'
- Click on the ‘New Sell’ button
**For members using the Bell Direct connection: Click the triangle at the end of the New Sell button, then select New Manual Sell from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter the following details in the pop-out window:
Date:14/10/2025
Amount: $3.06423
Brokerage: Zero
Optional: In the notes box you can enter in: “Gruyere Holdings Pty Ltd "
5. Click the ‘Save’ button.
You have now accounted for the Scheme of arrangement for GOR.
To return to your securities held screen, please scroll to the top of the page and on the left-hand side, just above to Stock’s name, click on the button called “Back to Securities”.
