If you're trying to register for a webinar but don't see any fields to enter your details or the only button you see is 'Register Now' and when clicking on it nothing happens. More than likely your browser is blocking elements on our page, please see instructions below on how to resolve:
Disabling Browser Add-on's, Extensions and Ad blockers
While browser extensions such as Ad-blockers can improve your browsing experience, they can sometimes block elements such as forms and images on our website. Which will prevent you from booking into a webinar. Please see instructions below on how to disabled extensions on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome - Disabling Extensions
- Open Chrome, Click the 3 dots Settings icon located in the top right corner of your browser
- Select More tools
- Click Extensions.
- Next, we need to disable all extensions.
Each extension will have a toggle to turn it on or off, toggle all extension to the left to disable. You will see the toggle turn grey, which indicates the extension has been disabled. - Once all extensions are turned off/disabled, refresh the webpage by clicking the F5 key on your keyboard or close and re-open browser.
- You should now be able to book into the webinar and see all registration fields.
Mozilla Firefox - Disabling Extensions/Add-ons
- Open Firefox, Click the 3 dashes Settings icon located in the top right corner of your browser
- Click Add-on and Themes
- Next, we need to disable all extensions.
Each extension will have a toggle to turn it on or off, toggle all extension to the left to disable. You will see the toggle turn grey, which indicates the extension has been disabled. - Once all extensions are turned off/disabled, refresh the webpage by clicking the F5 key on your keyboard or close and re-open browser.
- You should now be able to book into the webinar and see all registration fields.

Microsoft Edge - Disabling Extensions
- Open Microsoft Edge, Click the 3 dots Settings icon located in the top right corner of your browser
- Click Extensions
- Next, we need to disable all extensions.
Each extension will have a toggle to turn it on or off, toggle all extension to the left to disable. You will see the toggle turn white, which indicates the extension has been disabled. - Once all extensions are turned off/disabled, refresh the webpage by clicking the F5 key on your keyboard or close and re-open browser.
- You should now be able to book into the webinar and see all registration fields.

Adjusting Browser Privacy settings
Just like browser extensions, having your browser security & privacy settings set to strict, can also block elements such as forms and images on our website. Which again will prevent you from booking into a webinar. Please see instructions below on how to adjusting privacy settings on Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
Mozilla Firefox - Adjusting Browser Privacy and Security settings
- Open Firefox, click the 3 dashes Settings icon located in the top right corner of your browser
- Click Settings
- Click on Privacy & Security on the left hand side.
- Then, click on the radio button next to Standard
- Click Reload All Tabs
- You should now be able to book into the webinar and see all registration fields.
Microsoft Edge- Adjusting Browser Privacy and Security settings
- Open Microsoft Edge, Click the 3 dots Settings icon located in the top right corner of your browser
- Click Settings
- Click on Privacy, Search and Services on the left hand side.
- Then, click on Balanced
- Once set to balanced, refresh the webpage by clicking the F5 key on your keyboard or close and re-open browser.
- You should now be able to book into the webinar and see all registration fields.
Safari - Adjusting Browser Privacy and Security settings
- Open Safari on your Mac
- From the top menu bar, click Safari
- Select Preferences from the dropdown menu
- Click Privacy tab
- Untick “Prevent cross-site tracking"
- Once Prevent cross-site tracking is unticked, close and re-open browser.
- You should now be able to book into the webinar and see all registration fields.
