When clicking 'Save to CSV', where the file saves to depends on the Internet browser you are using and whether you select Save, Run or Open on the dialog box at the bottom of the screen.

Using a Windows PC

The easiest method to access you recent downloads in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, is to press together CTRL + J on your keyboard. This will open a downloads window (see example below).

 

Using a Mac 

Desktop Home Screen

Downloads will be kept in your "Home" folder > Users > Name > ‘Downloads’.

In Safari

With the Safari browser, hold together Command + Option + L to access your download folder.

In Chrome or Firefox

In both of these browsers, hold together Command + J to access your download folder.
