You can view the number of analysts that contribute to consensus forecasts on the 9 Golden Rules screen.
The number of covered analysts and date can be found on the top of the consensus table under Golden Rule 3. For individual consensus figures, simply hover your mouse over a number in the consensus column. Be patient as it may take up to 2 seconds to appear.
